Warrior in Qing Dynasty
At first, I was drawn by the luxurious appearance and this reminds me of the metallic armor warriors wore.

Then, the golden color inspires me to design the character as an empress since gold is a symbol of royalty.

I also tried something abstract in the design where the shape of the cup is considered.
Final Design
Before the final design, I managed to create another character inspired by the identity of this artifact as a wine holder and this makes me think of the goddess of wine.
The final design is a combination of the Empress Clothing and the abstract shape design because this retains the impression and the key features
I tried designing different body shapes and the chosen outcome fit best with the concept of the empress and brings out the rounder shape of the artifact.
I spent the most time designing the pattern on the clothes and thinking about ways to make the two handles wearable. Part of the patterns around the huge white pearl remains and the handles are bound on the arm as a result shown above.
